NÕBERU OF SWEDEN

NÕBERU OF SWEDEN was born out of the idea to deliver a well thought out and  complete series of beauty products with effective ingredients that attracts all people and all senses. We sell more than just products, we create daily rituals for our customers so they can feel and look good.

The founder of Nõberu has a long career within hairdressing and barbering. This gives the company valuable knowledge about what customers actually want as well as what they are willing to use and pay for. The threshold to use beauty products for men is not as low as it is for women, we wish to change this and make sure all men takes care of their  appearance using only Nõberu products.

We wish to be a reference point for a lifestyle which is attractive for all. This forces us to be clear and set the standard for our category. This means we need to, through our  actions, pave the way forward for beauty products that appeals to men but, at the same time, does not exclude women.

To be a part of a lifestyle means we have a large following of satisfied customers who use the products as an integrated part of their daily lives, a part of their daily ritual which we actively help them to shape. A ritual that creates a good feeling that stays with you all day. That feeling is the foundation of ”the Nõberian lifestyle”.

BUSINESS FIRST - IN A HUMAN WAY
At Nõberu we are always aware of trending products, product areas and potential new markets, but make sure to launch them when they are commercially viable and when

we can see a clear margin and profit. We are always pushing forward, but not too fast. Without putting business first, we cannot grow and get better. But we always do so with respect for the human perspective and well-being.

AWESOME STANDARD
We maximize and raise the standard level in our category of products and industry and we always try to deliver above expectations. When you open, scent and use a product you should instantly feel, with all senses, that they are high-quality products.

STAY CURIOUS
Being curious is key to development and improvement. We are curious about the world around us in general and our industry in particular. We are aware and see the business op-portunities and how we can develop our products. When we are curious, we have a  competitive advantage!

SIMPLIFY
Nõberus products are inclusive – everyone can use them. Our customers have a mindset, an attitude to feel better and consequently create a better environment for their  surroundings. Even if the customer does not use beauty products today, the threshold to start using Nõberu products is low and inviting - so they will not think about using anything else.
